Job Overview

At AR Home Renovation and Construction Inc., we are seeking a reliable and physically demanding Construction Laborer to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in various aspects of construction, including loading and transporting materials, erecting scaffolding, and paving asphalt.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials as required
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications
  • Pave and rake asphalt
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Willingness to relocate for work
  • Relocation costs covered by employer
