Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trust and Estate Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supervising and providing leadership to a team of professionals supporting complex and time-sensitive processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Address escalated customer service situations and provide support to team members as needed.
Requirements
  • 4-year degree from an accredited university or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of prior experience in securities, banking, technology, and/or job-specific related industry.
  • 2+ years of demonstrated managerial experience leading and managing a team.
  • Fully bilingual in French and English.
