Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Breakfast Specialist to join our culinary team at Horizon North camp facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast and baked goods to the highest standards, ensuring a delightful experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and baking goods from scratch
  • Restocking pastry shelves and maintaining a sufficient supply of baked goods
  • Creating and following menus to ensure quality and consistency
  • Ensuring proper equipment operation, safety, and sanitation in the kitchen
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Interprovincial Red Seal Certification or equivalent culinary education
  • FoodSafe Level I certification with advanced food safety training
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in cooking and baking, preferably in a similar environment
