Air Transportation Payroll Coordinator

The role of the Air Transportation Payroll Coordinator at Paladin Airport Security Services Ltd. involves managing payroll operations for a unionized and federally regulated environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting and applying principles of collective agreements, demonstrating strong knowledge of payroll practices and CRA legislation, and possessing advanced computer proficiency in payroll software and Excel.
Key qualifications for this position include 3+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a unionized and/or federally regulated environment, with excellent communication skills and effective leadership and interpersonal skills. Additionally, the ideal candidate will hold a Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP) designation.
Salary: $75,000 - $80,000
This is a fully office-based position located at our Vancouver airport location. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to participate in process improvement initiatives and take on a leading role in making significant contributions to our organization.
