About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Sunglass Hut. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and contributing to a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through effective customer engagement, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
  • Customer Service: Provide personalized and attentive service to customers, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
  • Store Appearance: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, adhering to company standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and support a positive team dynamic.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing sales environments, priorities, and customer needs.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
