Financial Records Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Financial Records Coordinator at Manak Properties Ltd.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and establishing and balancing various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
Responsibilities
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and complete financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other supporting documents.
- Payroll Administration: Prepare cheques for payroll, ensure accurate payment of wages and salaries, and maintain employee records.
- Accounting and Bookkeeping: Establish, maintain, and balance various accounts, including cash, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
- Reporting: Prepare various financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A college diploma or CEGEP certificate in a related field, such as accounting or finance.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a property management company.
- Strong knowledge of financial record-keeping and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under deadlines.
Compensation
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health and dental insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
