Job Title: Plumbing Specialist

Venus Plumbing Ltd. is seeking a skilled Plumbing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our plumbing crew, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
  • Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors.
  • Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings.
  • Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, or soldering, brazing, and welding equipment.
  • Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges.
  • Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing.
  • Supervise other workers and estimate costs and materials.
  • Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to the required shape and size.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the trade.
  • Physically demanding work environment.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Hand-eye coordination and ability to handle heavy loads.
  • Steel-toed safety boots and vehicle supplied by employer.
Work Environment:

On-the-road job with a permanent position.

40 hours per week, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring the highest quality workmanship.
