About the Role

20/20 Plumbing Ltd. is seeking a skilled Plumbing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our plumbing crew, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Installation: Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste and drainage systems.
  • Site Preparation: Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors.
  • Pipe Fabrication: Cut opening in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings.
  • Pipe Joining: Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, or soldering, brazing, and welding equipment.
  • Testing and Quality Control: Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges.
  • System Design and Estimation: Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing, estimate costs and materials.
  • Measurement and Fabrication: Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to the required shape and size.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
