Key Tasks
- Direct and supervise maintenance personnel to deliver exceptional services

- Manage inventory levels and ordering of supplies
- Conduct on-site inspections to identify maintenance needs
- Collaborate with Property Manager to optimize resource allocation and budget management
Qualifications
- Five years of experience in apartment maintenance and supervisory positions
- Leadership and team-building skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
