We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at 1196778 B.C. LTD.
Job Summary:The Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales staff, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and planning budgets and monitoring revenues and expenses.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of 3-4 sales staff and assign duties to ensure optimal sales performance.
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and develop effective sales strategies.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase sales and brand awareness.
- Plan and manage budgets to ensure optimal revenue and expense management.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise sales staff and volunteers as needed.
- 1-2 years of experience in retail sales management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in point of sale systems and electronic mail.
- Willingness to travel and relocate as needed.
- Fast-paced retail environment.
- Standing for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Energetic and positive attitude.
- Excellent oral communication skills.
- Organized and efficient in managing multiple tasks.
English is the primary language of communication in this role.
Work Schedule:37.5 hours per week.
