Retail Sales Associate Job Description

At Pearl convenience, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
  • Restock shelves, maintain inventory levels, and perform other tasks as needed to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.

Working Conditions:

  • Fast-paced retail environment.
  • May be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
