Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Pearl convenience. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating cash registers, processing transactions, and maintaining store inventory.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate a cash register and process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist customers with purchases, returns, and exchanges.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the display of merchandise and maintenance of shelves and fixtures.
  • Contribute to achieving sales goals and targets by promoting products, offering suggestions, and engaging with customers.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive shopping experience.
  • Process payments and handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
Requirements:

To succeed as a Retail Sales Associate, you must possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
