Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Front Desk Manager to join our team at Alexandra Hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and mentor front desk staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality performance.
  • Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies, as well as with clients for the use of facilities, to secure the best possible deals.
  • Customer Service: Perform front desk duties, address customer complaints or concerns, and establish a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Maintenance and Scheduling: Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities, establish work schedules, and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
