This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for recording cash transactions, reconciling bank accounts monthly, and maintaining master data in Qbyte FM.

You will also process accounts payable invoices in OpenInvoice, ensuring proper coding, sorting, approval, and timely resolution of discrepancies. Additionally, you will monitor OpenInvoice for timely invoice approvals and manage priority and critical payments to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Record cash transactions and reconcile bank accounts monthly.
  • Maintain master data in Qbyte FM.
  • Process accounts payable invoices in OpenInvoice.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience (2-4 years).
  • Previous oil and gas industry experience.
