Job Title: Harvesting Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Harvesting Labourer to join our team at 2306422 Alberta Ltd. as a key member of our agricultural operations.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks related to crop growth and development, including watering, fertilizing, and harvesting crops. They will also be involved in greenhouse cleaning, hand harvesting vegetables, and loading/unloading crates and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Water, fertilize, and spray crops as instructed for optimal growth and development
  • Clean and maintain the greenhouse environment
  • Harvest vegetables by hand, ensuring quality and quantity
  • Load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce
  • Assist in planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience: An asset, but not necessary
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35-40 hours per week
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, and working under pressure. They must be physically demanding and have attention to detail.
