Job Title: Agricultural Labourer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Agricultural Labourer to join our team at Alberta Ltd. as a Crop Production Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the cultivation and harvesting of crops in our greenhouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planting, cultivation, and irrigation of crops
  • Monitor and maintain optimal growing conditions, including temperature, light, and water saturation
  • Perform greenhouse cleaning and maintenance tasks
  • Assist in the harvesting of crops, including hand harvesting and loading/unloading of produce
  • Perform other related duties as required

Requirements:

  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience: Experience an asset
  • Physical ability to perform manual labour in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
