Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Community Health Nurse (RN) to provide care and support to our patients in the Richmond community. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Richmond community
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct home visits to assess patient needs and provide education and support
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and new developments in the field

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of British Columbia
  • Experience working in community health nursing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
