We are seeking a highly skilled Estimator to join our team at Commercial-NDS Ltd.

About the Job

This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an attractive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year.

The successful candidate will have experience in estimating costs for construction projects and will be responsible for preparing estimates of labour and/or material costs.

Key responsibilities include reading blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements, preparing estimates for general expenses and overheads, and providing economic feasibility studies and preliminary estimates for proposed projects.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • At least 1 month to less than 7 months of experience in estimating or a related field;
  • No degree, certificate or diploma required;
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in estimating packages, spreadsheet software (such as MS Excel), and word processing software (such as MS Word);
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment;
