The Opportunity

Abbott is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Market Access Coordinator to join our team in Mississauga. As a key member of the Abbott Diabetes Care Division, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful launch and growth of our life-changing products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the internal approval of market access documents, including PowerPoints, submission documents, and conference materials, to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Support finance processes, including MSA and SOW approvals, Purchase Orders, and invoices, to ensure timely and accurate financial management.
  • Assist with market access coordination, including formatting and revising draft presentations, submitting market access dossiers, and coordinating travel arrangements for the market access team.
  • Provide administrative support, including maintaining financial templates, coordinating PSA and HCP honoraria, and monitoring PLA expiries and renewals.
Requirements
  • College degree (normal length of two years).
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working with basic computer software, including MS Office, and Internet.
  • Administrative and project management experience.
  • Experience with financial processes, including PO, material inventory management.
  • Leadership and accountability.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Proven organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal or no supervision and guidance.
