Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Postmaster to join our team and lead the way in customer service excellence. As a Postmaster, you will be the face of our organization in your community, fostering strong relationships with customers and businesses alike. Your leadership skills and ability to drive results will inspire your team to deliver outstanding service every day.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or provincial equivalency, combined with experience in business administration.
- A proven track record of leading teams and driving results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of regulations, methods, and procedures for processing mail and providing postal services.
- Physical fitness to lift mail containers of up to 50 lb, push or pull boxes, and sort mail for extended periods.
