Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a School Secretary at Amberson Education Group Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory, ensuring a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other materials, showcasing our organization's expertise and achievements.
Requirements
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Reliability and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
