Oxford Learning Centres, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and motivated Education Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our centre, you will play a vital role in helping students achieve academic success and develop a love for learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inform parents about our Oxford Learning programs and provide guidance on how to support their child's learning journey
  • Organize schedules for students, staff, and teachers to ensure a smooth and efficient learning environment
  • Set up and administer assessments to measure student progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Establish and oversee student learning programs that cater to individual needs and abilities
  • Liaise with members of the community, including schools, sports teams, and local businesses, to promote our programs and services
  • Maintain contact with parents and meet with them to discuss their child's progress and provide feedback
  • Ensure that the Oxford Learning philosophy is maintained throughout the centre and that a fun and energetic learning environment is created on a daily basis
  • Effectively master the Oxford Learning Teaching philosophy and coach other teaching members of the team

Requirements:

  • Minimum university degree in a relevant field, such as Social Sciences, Languages, Math, or Business
  • Strong secondary school mathematics skills and additional language(s) spoken are an asset
  • Experience working in an educational environment with medium to large student bodies and strong computer skills (MS Office, online communication apps)
  • Strong phone skills and experience in customer service, with experience in sales preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $21 - $23 / hour

Schedule: Evenings, Monday to Friday, with Saturday availability
