About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Analyst to join our team at Desjardins. As a Compliance Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our organization's operations are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis: Identify, input, analyze, and interpret data to inform management decision-making and monitor the application of management policies and practices.
  • Risk Management: Analyze risks, prepare reports, and help implement compliance, anti-money laundering, and anti-terrorist financing recommendations.
  • Process Improvement: Help prepare and propose action plans to address issues in accordance with rules and parameters, and assist in developing and optimizing procedures and implementing tools.
