Job Title: Corporate Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Controller to join our team at JBH Truck Centre Ltd.

Job Summary

The Corporate Controller will be responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative functions of the organization, ensuring the effective allocation of resources, and driving business growth through strategic planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial and administrative policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and develop and implement human resources planning strategies.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, and delegate representatives as necessary.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, and create optimum working conditions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, or accounting.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a senior management or executive role, preferably in a corporate or financial setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
