Job Description
A career as a Financial Services Representative in Investments at National Bank presents an opportunity to create a positive impact for our clients. As part of this role, you will support Financial Planners in all their administrative investment activities, while participating in business development activities with clients.

Your Responsibilities:
Optimize interactions with clients on the technical, administrative, and operational aspects of their investment transactions.
Use an advisory approach by detecting opportunities and referring clients to the right specialist.
Propose transaction and investment solutions when analyzing client files, if required.
Support Financial Planners in data analysis and solving complex files to satisfy clients.
Evaluate and ensure compliance with implemented processes and features.

Your Team:
You'll be part of a collaborative team known for strong collaboration and empathy. This environment allows for skill development through training, hands-on learning, and discussions with partners. The position reports to the Financial Planner Manager. While occasional presence in the workplace is necessary to meet client and operational needs, flexibility is offered to maintain work-life balance.

Requirements:
This position requires relevant experience and a Mutual Fund Representative license (or certification within 3 months). Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and fluency in French are necessary qualifications.
