Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description: In this role, you will be responsible for identifying clients' investment and financing needs to draft personalized financial plans. You will also advise clients based on their needs and market trends to offer customized solutions. Additionally, you will create business development opportunities to increase the number of clients and the volume of existing portfolios, while ensuring that service and operational quality standards are applied, and compliance and risk management rules are followed.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree or equivalent recognized by the IPF, a Diploma from the Institut de Planification Financière (IPF) or be on track to obtain it within 12 months, and experience in portfolio management with business development objectives. Business development experience in the financial advisory services field is also required. You must be proficient in French and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
