Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our Power and Renewable Energy projects. As a key member of our Capital Project Delivery team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations for scope, budget, schedule, and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple projects, including power, renewable, and diversified energy projects, to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical specialists, to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project success.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and developing proposals to secure new business.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as environmental engineering or business administration.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in power, renewable, and/or energy industry, with 5 years of direct consulting experience in power, renewable, and/or energy.
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects, with experience in project management, technical expertise, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools, with experience in developing and implementing project management plans.
