This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned project manager to join ERM's dynamic team and contribute to the successful delivery of high-profile power and renewable energy projects. As a key member of our Capital Project Delivery team, you will play a critical role in growing our business in the Power, Renewable, and Diversified Energy sectors in Canada.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations for scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including EAs/EISs, permit applications, and associated management plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Contribute to business development, identifying new opportunities and preparing effective proposals.
  • Lead and manage a team of technical specialists, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure team success.

Requirements:

  • BSc or MSc in Sciences, Environmental Engineering, or related field, with a Master's in Business Administration preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of power, renewable, and/or energy industry experience, with 5 years direct consulting experience in power, renewable, and/or energy.
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects, with experience working with provincial and federal regulatory agencies, stakeholders, and the public.
  • Strong project management skills, with a high degree of competence and broad knowledge of impact assessment best practices.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management approaches/tools.
