About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at the Children's Institute of Development and Advancement Inc. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Diagnosis

Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of speech, language, and communication disorders in children and adults.

Treatment and Intervention

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address a range of communication disorders, including speech, language, and swallowing difficulties.

Education and Training

Provide education and training to patients, families, and healthcare professionals on communication disorders and their management.

Research and Development

Contribute to research and development of new treatments and interventions for communication disorders.

Collaboration and Teamwork

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and their families.

Requirements
  • Education

A Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a clinical or educational setting.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Computer and Technology Skills

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.

Personal Suitability

Accurate, dependable, flexible, organized, reliable, and values and ethics.
