Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at the Children's Institute of Development and Advancement Inc. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in assessing and treating individuals with communication and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and evaluate speech, language, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication and swallowing needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Conduct research and stay up-to-date on best practices in the field
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current licensure and certification in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience working with individuals with communication and swallowing disorders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
