We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Educational Counsellor to join our team at Maple Hill School. As an Educational Counsellor, you will play a vital role in supporting students in their academic and personal development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Student Counselling: Provide guidance and support to students on academic, career, and personal issues, helping them to make informed decisions about their future.
  • Program Development: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement guidance and counselling programs that meet the needs of our students.
  • Community Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with local educational institutions, community agencies, and employers to provide students with opportunities for academic and career advancement.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with students, parents, and staff to ensure that students receive the support they need to succeed.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with best practices in educational counselling and participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in educational counselling or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and staff.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
