  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

  • Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare and submit reports, and establish budgets and cost estimates to ensure the financial health of the establishment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
