Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our Festivals team at Ticketmaster. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for driving the development of our festival products, working closely with our global festival experts to understand user needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities- Gain a deep understanding of festival persona needs and translate this expertise into product requirements.
- Build strong relationships with festival experts across the global business and collaborate with them to identify and prioritize product opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the festival market, including trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
- Work closely with our project management organization to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
- Collaborate with our technology teams to drive solution development and ensure key software performance metrics are met.
- 7+ years of product management experience, with a strong understanding of front-end user experiences and backend processes.
- Previous experience in the ticketing field is preferred, as well as a keen understanding of trends in e-commerce and technology.
- Proven ability to deliver multiple product cycles in an agile environment.
- Excellent executive-level communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with an MBA a plus.
