Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of marketing materials, coordinating special events, and conducting analytical studies to inform marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Coordinate special publicity events and promotions to increase brand awareness.
  • Conduct analytical marketing studies to inform marketing strategies and optimize results.
  • Design market research questionnaires to gather insights from target audiences.
  • Evaluate customer service and store environments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop feasibility studies to assess potential opportunities and challenges.
  • Develop marketing strategies to meet business objectives and drive growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of market research principles and practices.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
