We are a fast-paced food service establishment seeking an experienced and skilled Food Service Attendant to join our team.

Job Title: Food Service AttendantEstimated Salary:

$35,000 - $45,000 per year, based on location and experience

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer service while maintaining a clean and safe working environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by serving customers at counters or buffet tables, taking orders accurately, and handling cash and credit transactions efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace by sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors, as well as removing kitchen garbage and trash.
  • Prepare and package take-out food, portion and wrap foods, and restock refrigerators and salad bars as needed.
  • Keep accurate records of food quantities used and perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; no degree, certificate, or diploma is necessary.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
  • Previous experience in a food service environment is preferred but not required.
