Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Arby's Restaurant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and supporting the kitchen staff.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, including taking orders and serving food and beverages
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, dishroom, and storage areas
  • Operate dishwashers, wash dishes, and sanitize equipment and utensils
  • Restock supplies, including condiments, utensils, and paper products
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation, including plating and garnishing
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Previous experience in a food service environment an asset
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced, physically demanding environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure. The successful candidate will be able to maintain a professional demeanor in a dynamic and often busy environment.
