About the Role

PCL Construction is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technology Analyst Student to join our team. As a Technology Analyst Student, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our team by assisting in the implementation of project management software, application configuration and development, data migration, and software development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the implementation of project management software.
  • Assist in application configuration and development as per business requirements.
  • Assist in data migration and maintaining data integrity.
  • Assist in the development of software.
  • Document business processes, application configuration and design, test cases, and training material.
  • Assist in executing test cases for application releases.
  • Assist in supporting and maintaining business applications.
  • Gather feedback from key project stakeholders.
  • Work in collaboration with team members and complete individual work.
  • Gain exposure to cutting-edge technology, including Microsoft Azure services and Power BI.
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a business technology management program, information technology, or computer engineering program, operations management program, or another related program.
  • Always on top of the latest technology trends.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to details.
  • Knowledge of PowerShell and scripting best practices is an asset.
  • Ability and willingness to learn programming or scripting languages, such as PowerShell or.NET, to accomplish the completion of one or more automation tasks.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 is an asset.
