As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for negotiating payment arrangements on all credit products at various stages of delinquency, reviewing files, and taking appropriate actions based on known risk factors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate payment arrangements with customers to resolve delinquencies
  • Review customer files to identify areas for improvement and take corrective action
  • Update files and systems to reflect customer interactions and actions taken
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
Requirements
  • Previous collection/credit experience and/or call centre and banking experience is an asset
  • Must display a high professional manner, along with sound judgment and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex customer issues
