Job Title: Retail Salesperson

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Salesperson to join our team at Big Al's Aquarium Supercentres. As a Retail Salesperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss their needs, and provide advice on merchandise.
  • Sales: Operate cash register, process transactions, and maintain sales records.
  • Inventory Management: Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems.
  • Merchandise Display: Assist in displaying merchandise and maintaining store appearance.
Work Environment:

As a Retail Salesperson, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work under pressure.

Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Skills: Adaptability, efficiency, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, accurate, ability to multitask, punctuality, honesty.
