About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Red Leaf Auto Care Ltd. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of our office, including maintaining records, coordinating travel arrangements, and ordering supplies.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate projects and events, including arranging meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Data Entry: Enter data into our database, including client information and project details.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
