Key Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality visual designs for digital campaigns, microsites, landing pages, large-scale websites, social media, print campaigns, presentations, video, animation, and more.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, designers, and developers, to bring creative ideas to life.
  • Partner with senior members of the creative team to develop and implement design strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide design direction and oversight to production designers, illustrators, animators, and video production teams.
  • Maintain consistent creative quality and become a brand expert, ensuring that all designs meet the highest standards of quality and consistency.

Requirements

  • A strong online portfolio showcasing your digital design work, with a focus on innovative and effective visual solutions.
  • 5-7 years of experience working in a creative agency or in-house creative services team, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.
  • Basic proficiency in Figma, with the ability to improve your skills quickly.
  • Experience with both B2B and B2C marketing, with a strong understanding of the latest design trends and technologies.
  • Experience art directing and storyboarding for video and/or animation projects, with a strong understanding of the creative process.
  • Illustrations skills are a plus, as is experience designing social media ads/banners.
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and their applications across the web, apps, email, and beyond.
  • Rigorous attention to detail, with the ability to work through multiple iterations and to work quickly.
  • Ability to accept and receive constructive design feedback from senior members of the creative team.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English, with advanced language skills.
  • Humble attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
