Job Title: Automotive Body Painter

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Body Painter to join our team at Boyd Autobody & Glass. As an Automotive Body Painter, you will be responsible for repairing and refinishing damaged vehicle bodies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • File, grind, and sand body surfaces to be repaired
  • Mask and tape auto body surfaces in preparation for painting
  • Remove damaged fenders, panels, and grills and bolt or weld replacement parts into place
  • Apply primers and repaint surfaces
  • Mix paint, blend, and match colors
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and physically demanding conditions
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Dependability, flexibility, initiative, judgement, and reliability
Work Environment:

Our work site environment is dusty, noisy, and may involve odours. You will be required to work on site and cannot work remotely.
