We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Scientific Support Specialist. As a key member of our production support team, you will provide technical assistance to our production, testing, R&O, and delivery teams for various avionics products.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to resolve production and R&O issues for diverse avionics products;
- Execute the process to respond to non-conformity reports, technical modification orders, and impact analysis reports;
- Analyze problems, identify root causes, and validate solutions using appropriate tools such as oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, logic analyzers, and customized equipment;
- Provide R&O support to troubleshoot defective units returned by customers and propose corrective actions;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a material electronic environment and knowledge of high-technology environments: aerospace, telecommunications;
- Strong analytical skills demonstrated to resolve technical investigations, analyze root causes, and resolve products in a manufacturing environment;
- Demonstrated expertise with test equipment in environmental chambers according to quality standards and procedures such as RTCA/DO-160 or MIL-STD-810;
- Dynamic, autonomous, organized, leadership, and solid interpersonal skills;
- Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written).
