Your Role:

  • Provide seamless administrative, financial, and logistical support to the research team.
  • Manage schedules effectively, coordinate meetings, and ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare and process requests, forms, invoices, and other essential documents with accuracy.
  • Handle travel arrangements for team members, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
  • Maintain meticulous electronic filing systems, ensuring easy access to important information.
    • Update and maintain documents such as CVs, bios, and other relevant materials.
    • Draft clear and concise correspondence in both English and French.
    • Manage conference and media requests, facilitating communication and collaboration.
    • Actively participate in team meetings and community events, contributing to a positive and collaborative environment.
    • Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

    Your Qualifications:

    • A degree in secretarial studies or a related field is preferred.
    • Five years of relevant experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English and French.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines consistently.
    • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
    • A proactive approach and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
    • Proficiency with Google Workspace applications is essential.
