Parkin Architects Limited is seeking a skilled Intermediate Architect to join their team. This role involves leading the design and management of multiple projects, working closely with senior architects and project team members. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in architecture, as well as several years of professional experience in a related field.

The key responsibilities of this role include leading the development of architectural designs and plans, creating detailed drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software, conducting research on building materials and codes, and collaborating with project team members to ensure project success. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for attending meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, participating in site visits and inspections, reviewing and evaluating building designs for compliance with codes, standards, and specifications, and managing project documentation and schedules.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and contribute to the development of presentations and proposals. Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field, 5-7 years of relevant work experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other CAD software, and a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
