As a seasoned leader, you will drive the success of our restaurant in Oshawa by overseeing daily operations and leading a team of professionals.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant team and ensure excellent customer service, manage staff, and oversee all aspects of daily operations.
Responsibilities- Manage daily restaurant operations, including staffing and scheduling.
- Promote high-quality service and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Control inventory, order supplies, and manage costs effectively.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and business management principles.
- A competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience.
