Motel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Manager to join our team at Empire Inn & Suites Red Deer. As a Motel Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our motel, including supervising staff, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient motel operations.
- Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth motel operations and compliance with industry standards.
- Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by responding to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make financial decisions to ensure the motel's financial stability.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
