Job Description

The Senior Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software development and deployment. Key duties include devising testing strategies, planning and organizing testing efforts, performing essential requirements gathering, and analyzing user stories and use cases.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in software testing, a positive attitude towards learning new technologies, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute testing plans, test cases, and test scripts
  • Perform thorough analysis of software and systems
  • Analyze user stories and use cases for validity and feasibility
  • Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies
  • Apply quality engineering principles throughout the Agile product lifecycle
  • Provide support and documentation

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in software testing or a related field
  • Positive attitude towards learning new technologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Good command of the English language, both oral and written
