Housekeeping Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Living Water Resorts. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality in our resort.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Plan and purchase equipment and supplies to maintain a high level of cleanliness and quality.
  • Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure compliance with safety standards and departmental policies.
  • Supervise staff and provide guidance and training to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality cleaning standards.
  • Coordinate contract services and ensure that all necessary tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that local health and sanitation regulations are carried out and maintained.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or hospitality management role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality.
