About the Role

The Ottawa Humane Society is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinic Manager to join our team. As a leader in animal welfare, we are committed to providing exceptional care and services to animals in need.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of our veterinary clinic, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for staff, volunteers, and animals.
  • Lead a team of animal care professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care and customer service.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote animal welfare and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong knowledge of animal welfare principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
